Ao.Univ. Prof. Dr. Berit Schneider-Stickler

ABOUT ME

Specialist in otorhinolaryngology and phoniatrics

My medical work focuses on the diagnosis and therapy of voice, speech and hearing disorders, as well as all the morphological structures involved. Decades of intensive clinical and research activities, international conference and training activities and regular journalistic activities have continuously developed my professional expertise. My medical expertise was significantly influenced by experiences in studying singing and in regular solo singing activities. As part of my university work, I pursue various teaching obligations and teaching activities.

Despite advancing specialization in today’s cutting-edge medicine, the holistic view of patients is at the forefront of our work in our Center for Communication Medicine.

Surgical procedures I mainly performed at the Vienna Private Clinic (Pelikangasse 9, 1090 Vienna) and at the University ENT Clinic of the Vienna General Hospital (Währinger Belt 18-20, 1090 Vienna).
